1. What’s included with my registration?
Your registration includes full access to all symposium sessions from July 30–August 1, 2025, entry to breakout sessions and panels, conference materials, and networking opportunities. If you qualify, for the VIP Night you’ll also enjoy our exclusive pre-event evening on July 29.
2. Can I attend the VIP Night on July 29?
VIP Night is an exclusive experience reserved for qualified advisors. If you qualify, you’ll receive a separate invitation after registering.
3. Will meals be provided during the event?
Yes. Light refreshments and lunch will be provided each day of the symposium. We will also be providing a group dinner Wednesday and Thursday, along with a surprise event. The VIP Night will include dinner and drinks. Additional meals are available at the resort’s onsite restaurants.
4. Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?
Yes! We’ve secured a special group rate at the Gaylord Palms Resort for symposium attendees. Details on booking your stay will be provided in your registration confirmation email. You must Register for the event and Book your hotel room before June 29 to receive the group rate.
5. What’s the dress code for the event?
Business casual is recommended for all symposium sessions. For the VIP Night, Casual Evening attire is suggested!
6. Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome to stay at the resort with you, but access to event sessions and the VIP Night is reserved for registered attendees only. There is an additional fee for guests*
7. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received by June 29, 2025, will receive a full refund. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another advisor within your firm.
